Modules - Assets

The Assets module allows the CISO and his team to manage the organization's assets.

CyberView divides the organization's assets into three main categories:

• Applications - virtual platforms and software, e.g., Antivirus, Firewall, etc.
• Devices - Physical devices, e.g., printers, scanners, smartphones, etc.
• Systems - Information systems.

With this module, the user can keep track of expiration dates, products versions, amounts, and other information about the organization's assets.

This module is critical as it is used in most of Cyber View's modules to calculate risks and exposures of the entire organization.

Also, this module is highly relevant to three parts of the application:

• News and CVE: Filtering it by the organization's assets.
• Risks - considering the organization's assets in the risk assesement process.
• Inventory List - matching CVEs and their relevant organization's asset to alert about risks in real time.

• Projects: The user can create asset-related projects.
• Tasks: The user can create asset-related tasks.
